Free UK Delivery On All Orders

(3 - 6 WORKING DAYS) Time frame will begin the following working day, for orders placed after 2pm.

Parcels will be sent using Evri Small Parcel Delivery, and delivered Monday - Saturday (exc. Bank or Public Holidays). 

Cancellations and Returns

If you wish to change or cancel an order please email Hello@pouredbyfi.com as soon as possible. Just so you know, changes to orders are dependent on stock and cannot always be changed, so a cancellation and refund would be issued.

If you wish to return your order please email me at hello@pouredbyfi.com with your name and order details, and then send the item(s) to Poured By Fi, 82 Newport, Barton, DN18 5QF.

Just so you know, you will be notified by email once your returns have been received and processed.

Please ensure that the package is wrapped securely and for your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service as we cannot accept liability for goods lost in transit.

If you require a refund, we will refund the price paid by you for the products within fourteen (14) days of receiving your returned products.
