March Self Care Goals

I think I am always pretty good at self-care and try my best to make time for things that make me feel calmer and happier. But the reality is, I could always do better. So I have decided each month to set mini targets and challenges to become the self-care queen I know I can be.

So here are my March goals:

  • Read a minimum of 10 pages a day - I love to read but never prioritise the time to read.

  • Spend as much time in nature as I can - I love being outdoors and always feel fresh and awake after.

  • Reduce how much time I spend on my phone - I am very bad for just sitting and scrolling so I would like to try to stop this!
