Introducing Wellness Wednesday
So I spend a lot of time on my phone scrolling Instagram and TikTok (which is mostly for Business research purposes! ) and I love how helpful it can be when it comes to learning new info and getting inspiration!
I also love a good hashtag and when planning my weekly posts I discovered #wellnesswednesday and decided to create a little club/hub to share tips, tricks, foods, books, meditations and other small businesses that will all help improve your wellness!
So my plan is to put together a blog post and email that goes out each week with a new #wellnesswednesday topic in!
